Day after Gold.........

Here are my lovely debate boxes the day after Regionals: (Yes, I dumped and killed them.)

::shrug:: yeah. Anyway, yesterday didn't exactly turn out the way I had hoped. It feels as if my life has pretty much ended on me. (And in a rather pathetically true way...it has.) Yet ultimately I know that qualifying wasn't what was best for me. Because if it was, God would have allowed it to happen. And I need to trust that his plan is a bazillion times better than my own. Because it is. I know it is. Sometimes...its just hard to believe that it is. (I still have hope for at large slots I guess.)

EDIT: It was a total God thing. After debate breaks, I really didn't want to place... In anything. Yet I did (even though I pretty much bombed.). I thought my speeches we soooo bad. I didn't really try as hard as I probably should have, and obviously God did something, because I sure didn't do it!
